Blast Freezer is a special category of freezer used to measure the level of microorganisms. Commercial kitchens use blast freezers to store food, meat, milk, confectionery, leftovers, and cooked food. Blast Freezer is now in restaurants, catering units, bakeries and ice cream parlors. Blast Freezer can reduce food temperature from 70 C to 18 C in less than 4 hours. At present some Blast Freezer models are automatically available. Blast Freezer is equipped with energy, different defrost modes and noise reduction.
